Winpark Place Retail Center Amarillo, Texas

 

33,000 square foot retail center, with a construction cost of approximately $2.5 million, located at the intersection of Hillside Road and Bell Street in Amarillo.  Scope of work included Architectural, Civil, Structural and MEP, along with construction observation and planning for eventual stand-alone restaurant.

 

 

 

Mathis Brothers Sleep Center Lubbock, Texas

 

8,000 square foot retail store, located in Canyon West Addition, specializing in beds and other sleep-related items.  Construction cost of about $1.2 million.  Scope of work included Architectural, Structural and MEP, and was performed under the contract for General Construction.

 

 

 

La-Z-Boy Store Amarillo, Texas

 

16,000 square foot retail store, located at Soncy Road and Tarter Avenue in Amarillo.  This project included incorporation of corporate requirements into the design along with the desires of the franchise owner.  The exterior walls of the project utilize ICF construction.  Scope of work included Architectural, Structural, Civil and MEP, along with significant amounts of construction observation.  Approximate construction cost: $1,950,000.

 

 

 

Hampton Farms Almond Butter Processing Facility – Phase I Lubbock, Texas

 

Office and Employee Areas finish-out for Hampton Farms, a national manufacturer of nut-based food products.  Overall scope of the project includes design of office and factory employee areas, mezzanine storage areas and production floor space in an existing 84,000 square foot shell at Railport I north of Lubbock International Airport.  Office and employee areas included lab space, employee locker rooms and about 6,000 square feet of office space with 6,000 square feet of mezzanine space above.  Scope of work included Architectural, Structural and MEP.  Approximate construction cost: $4,000,000.

 

 

 

Dickey’s Pit Barbecue  Amarillo, Texas

 

Stand-alone restaurant on a pad parcel at Winpark Place Retail Center.  Approximately 3,000 square feet, this project includes design of dining and kitchen facilities with incorporation of corporate standards for graphics and fixture design.  Scope of work included Architectural, Structural and MEP.  Approximate construction cost:  $380,000

 

 

 

The Forum at Gem Lake  Amarillo, Texas

 

Conversion of an out-of-business Hastings Entertainment store of 13,600 square feet, to retail lease space.  Primary emphasis of the project was providing an all-new front façade incorporating a variety of finishes to achieve a unique look for each tenant space.  Included Architectural, Structural and MEP.

Approximate construction cost:  $400,000.

 

 

 

Racer Car Wash  Lubbock, Texas

 

6,200 square foot automated tunnel car wash, located at 98th Street and Slide Road in Lubbock.  This project was originally conceived as a new entry into the Lubbock car wash market, but eventually became part of the Racer organization.  ICF construction was utilized for the tunnel.  Scope of work included Architectural, Structural, MEP and Civil.  Approximate construction cost: $3,800,000.

 

 

 

Amarillo AutoClean Amarillo, Texas

 

5,000 square foot automated tunnel car wash, located on South Coulter Street in Amarillo.  ICF construction was utilized for the tunnel.  Scope of work included Architectural, Structural and MEP.

4,500 square foot fitness center with attached lease area of 1,500 square feet.  Scope of work includes Architectural and Structural.   Project is in bidding phase, cost unknown.
